As owners, we all have a stake

in the company’s success.

As owners, we all have a stake in the company’s success.

Arvig employees own 40% of the company and as owners, we are driven to achieve results that benefit the entire company. When we work toward our collective success, our departments succeed, and we succeed as individuals, too. At the heart of our culture is our Common Purpose and values of Knowledge, Efficiency, Engagement, and most importantly, Ownership. As such, being an employee-owned company is more than lip service for us, it is how we conduct business, serve customers and work together.

The Arvig employee stock ownership plan (ESOP)* was adopted on January 1, 2002, with the primary purposes of enabling participating employees to share in the growth and success of Arvig Enterprises, Inc., and to provide employees with an opportunity to accumulate wealth for retirement, ensuring long-term stability in our lives.

*Note: All State Communications is not a participating employer in the ESOP

Arvig’s History

Arvig was founded in 1950 as Perham Telephone Company in rural Minnesota. From there, we grew geographically and in service offerings, adopting new technologies along the way that meet the needs of our customers and communities. Today, Arvig’s family of companies and services is anchored as a fiber broadband transport and telecommunications company serving residential customers across Minnesota and business customers throughout the upper Midwest.

We enhance lives by creating solutions

that connect people to their world.
